Who is Stratosphere Communications?
Meet our founder and principal strategist: Ellen Paulley, MAPC
A strategic communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for social justice, I enjoy developing communications plans and compelling written and visual materials that help purpose-driven and non-profit organizations achieve their goals and creatively engage their audiences.
My more than ten years of communications experience includes positions in public, union, non-profit and education sectors. I launched Stratosphere Communications in 2021 with a vision to maximize the power and potential of strategic communications to create a more fair and equitable world.
In 2020, I completed my Master of Arts in Professional Communications at Royal Roads University and hold a Graphic Communications Certificate (Hons.) from Red River College.
In my non-work hours, I can often be found with one of several knitting projects in hand, drinking a strong cup of black coffee while watching a BBC mystery.
I am located in Winnipeg, MB on Treaty 1 territory and the traditional territory of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation.
